What are the Pilot Sets

  • Active Set is The pilot set, carriers the active pilota. An active pilot is a pilot whose paging or traffic channels are actually being monitored or used.


  • Candidate Set is The pilot set, not the active set but potential to be demodulated.


  • Neighbour Set is The pilot set is not included in the active set or the candidate set but being possible to be added in the candidate set.


  • Remining Set is other pilot sets.
