Penyebab call drop dalam proses call or to be called antara lain:
Penyebab gagal handover:
- Coverage
- Handover
- Interference
- Uplink and Downlink Unbalance cause by antenna and feeder system
- Transmission failure
- Unreasonable Parameter setting
- Equipment Failure
Penyebab gagal handover:
- Imporer antenna instalation
- Interference
- CO BCCH & CO BSIC
- Unreasonable parameter setting
- Congestion on the destination cell
- Equipment failure (TRx Performance deterioration)
- Uplink & downlink
